Use License

MomentGenie grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our service for creating coloring books from your personal photos.

This license includes the right to download, print, and share the coloring books you create, including for commercial purposes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. MomentGenie retains all rights to the service, software, and AI technology.

The coloring books you create are yours to use however you like.

Payment and Credits

Credits are purchased as one-time payments. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

Limitation of Liability

MomentGenie is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
